Activity summary

Ana Pombo is coordinating professor in aquaculture at the Polytechnic University of Leiria since 2005. Head of the Master in Aquaculture from 2012 to 2021. Currently she is coordinator of the research line Aquaculture and Fisheries of MARE. She has focused her research on sustainable aquaculture, IMTA, nutrition and reproduction for the rearing of new species. Principal investigator of several projects and author of several publications in marine aquaculture.
