Activity summary

Understand the foraging behaviour of marine and estuarine birds and evaluate the effect of reduced access to PAFS on their ecology. Analysis of the spatial (GPS-loggers) and trophic (stable isotope analysis) ecology during the breeding period of terns and gulls. And use the at-sea spatial distribution of several seabird species to design a special protected area (SPA) on the continuum coastal-open sea and test the effect of such SPA on their conservation.
