Activity summary

The research I develop is centered on the study of occurrence and distribution of several species of cetaceans in Madeira Archipelago. Data is obtained mainly through platforms of opportunity (ferry, whale-watching and fishing boats) and allows me to establish databases of photo-identification and seasonal and temporal distribution, as well as evaluate occurrence and site-fidelity.
