Activity summary

My research has been focused on marine, estuarine and coastal ecosystems, and my research interests have included the study of the structure and functioning of these systems; human impacts and Environmental Impact Assessment; governance; ecosystem services and biodiversity; implementation of EU environmental Directives; numerical analysis of environmental data; environmental management and sustainability at local, regional and international scales and, climate change.
