Activity summary

Has developed her research activity in the investigation of microbial resistance to antimicrobials, namely quinolones, cephalosporins and aminoglycosides and colistin and in the developments of new food products and edible coatings she is also involved in the study of active biocomposites produced by fungi of marine origin.
