Activity summary

Professor in Santarem Polytechnic Institute (Agrarian School) since 2000 in the areas of biology, ecology, biodiversity, management and conservation of natural resources, aquaculture and pollution and ecotoxicology. Master's and PhD theses related to the biology, ecology and aquaculture of the sea urchin Paracentrotus lividus. Currently involved in research projects related to the impact of non-native fish species on river ecosystems.
