Seminars within the Master's Degree in Aquaculture Engineering and Management

MARE – Centre for Marine and Environmental Sciences announces two seminars organised by researcher Pedro Félix, as part of the Master's Degree in Aquaculture Engineering and Management. The events will take place on 20 October 2025, online, and are aimed at students of the Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Marine Technologies, the Master's Degree in Aquaculture Engineering and Management, as well as anyone interested in the field. ​

The initiative will feature renowned experts in their respective fields:

‘Production of juvenile marine organisms: examples of infrastructure and technologies for fish and other species’
Speaker: Dr. Pedro Pousão, IPMA Researcher and Director of the Olhão Fish Farming Pilot Station (EPPO)

These seminars aim to promote debate and knowledge sharing on emerging and relevant topics in the context of aquaculture and marine management, strengthening the link between scientific research and higher education.
