MSc in Environmental Engineering - Environmental Systems, by NOVA University Lisbon, João Pequeno is a researcher at the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology and MARE - Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre since 2019. His main work revolves around science management and communication and he has collaborated in projects with marine litter as theme, such as RIVER-SEA, CleanAtlantic, PLASTISPHERE and i-PLASTIC.
