Activity summary

I’m a PhD candidate in BioSciences (Marine Ecology) at the University of Coimbra. My research focuses in the trophic interactions and fisheries activities in the Southern Ocean deep-sea. Despite my research goals still look with particular interest for the commercial species (Antarctic Toothfish Dissostichus mawsoni and Patagonian Toothfish D. eleginoides), the impact of fisheries and climate change in the demersal communities assume a major role.
